Overview
Are you aged 18–26 and ready to kick‑start a transformative career in the social sector? Do you love problem‑solving, digital tools, data, and making a real difference?
This is your chance to join WeMindTheGap as our next Data & Digital Support Officer, a role that blends digital innovation, leadership development, and meaningful impact.
What makes this role even more exciting is that it has been funded by the Rank Foundation and as part of the role you will complete their prestigious ‘Time to Shine’ Leadership Programme. This 7‑week programme of residentials, action learning sets, mentoring and leadership workshops will accelerate your confidence, skills, and career (participation in this programme is mandatory for the successful candidate).
About The Role
You will work closely with our Head of Impact and Impact Analyst to explore and improve the two platforms that power WeMindTheGap’s work with young people:
You’ll dive into how these platforms are used, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape how we scale them for the future.
Alongside this, you’ll gain hands‑on digital and data experience, build your leadership skills, and contribute to projects that have a real, lasting impact.
