On Saturday 9th March, WeMindTheGap were delighted to receive an award from the High Sheriff of Clwyd Kate Hill-Trevor in recognition of our work to empower, inspire and support young people.
The High Sheriff made particular mention of our ‘Big Conversation’ research with young people aged 18-21yrs and how the findings are influential in informing support services and employment opportunities for young people.
This recognition, alongside many other amazing charities, volunteers and community organisations who we also work closely with is really important to us as a team and also for our amazing Gappies.
Congratulations also to our friends and employer partner Theatr Clwyd on your award.
Well done to everyone involved and also AVOW who supported the High Sheriff to host an amazing event.
