Gappies on our WeGrow Flintshire programme were delighted to meet Liz Stanton MBE from Get Safe Online, and Police and Crime Commissioner Andy Dunbobbin.
Through discussion and debate, Gappies and our Flintshire Community team explored their knowledge and opinions about the benefits and risks of using the internet. Liz shared tips to enhance their safety, tidying up their online presence and the emerging risks to look out for.
It was brilliant to hear from Andy Dunbobbin about his motivations to become Police and Crime Commissioner and his priorities for North Wales.
‘It was insightful to hear from a professional and to compare what we thought we knew about the internet and its ever-changing risks. It was inspirational to hear Andy’s personal journey, his experiences and how determination can make an impact on our local community’ Jazz, Flintshire WeGrow Gappie.
Thank you to Liz and Andy!
